Customer Service and Product Management (m/f/d)
You are the voice of motion sports and the first point of contact for our customers. Whether by phone, email, or social media – you answer product and service questions, handle orders, complaints, and returns, and accompany our customers throughout the entire customer journey. Through direct exchange with our customers, you identify trends, needs, and potential for improvement early on. You actively contribute your ideas and feedback to the further development of our product range, online shop, and services.
- Experience in customer service and/or product management (advantageous, but not mandatory)
- Empathy and solution-oriented approach
- Proficient in using digital tools
- Fluent German

What is the application process?
You send us your application by email to info@motionsports.de. We will get back to you within 5 working days. After a short phone call, we will invite you for a personal interview. If there is mutual interest, you will receive an offer promptly.
What documents are required?
We need your current resume and a short cover letter. References and certificates are helpful, but not strictly required for the initial contact.
Is there an option for home office?
Depending on the position, home office is partially possible. For positions in the showroom and customer service, on-site presence is required. For marketing and e-commerce, we are happy to discuss individual models personally.
When will I receive feedback?
We strive to respond to every application within 5 business days. You will receive feedback in any case – even if it didn't work out.
