ATX® Soft Drop Block Components - Select the various components here to create your individual ATX® Soft Drop Block set. These components are our noise-reducing solution for weightlifting in a training environment that cannot tolerate the loud impact noise of a loaded barbell. With these components of the ATX® Soft Drop Block set, you reduce the audible and measurable loudness (unit of measurement = sone) in the studio and the building, for example, if you train on the first floor or generally in a building with inadequate soundproofing. Maintain good relations with your neighbors; they will certainly appreciate your consideration when you use your ATX® Soft Drop Block set. Noise is considered a stress factor, and so-called recreational noise is no exception.

The components of the ^ATX® Soft Drop Block Set provide the ideal base for protecting floors and equipment. With these soft drop blocks, you can now safely drop your barbell/weights even in acoustically sensitive areas/rooms. The high-quality foam filling offers low rebound and excellent sound absorption. The outer casing is very durable, and the blocks feature ventilation holes on all sides to prevent the casing from bursting upon sudden impact. Integrated hook-and-loop fasteners allow the blocks to be securely connected and stacked. The included stop wedges, which are also attached using the hook-and-loop fasteners, prevent the barbell from rolling off the blocks.

The ^ATX® Soft Drop Block Set , as well as its individual components, may only be used with rubber-coated weight plates, bumper plates, and urethane weight plates. Using uncoated metal plates, such as steel or cast iron plates, will result in damage.
