Biceps curl training with the bicep curl machine
With the bicep curl option, you can perform one of the most well-known exercises in fitness – the bicep curl. Bicep curls train both the long and short heads of the biceps muscles, as well as the arm flexors. The exercise is straightforward to perform, so even beginners can get started with this form of training right away. The option for ATX weight benches allows you to perform the exercise optimally and healthily thanks to the included padding. The only thing you need to adjust before starting the exercise is the padding itself.
