The Redondo is latex-free and is made of 100% recyclable plastic. The Togu Rendondo balls are one of the most popular exercise balls on the market. The Togu ball is versatile and is particularly suitable for exercises in the classroom.

  • serves for pelvic floor and abdominal muscle training
  • suitable for neck massage and deep relaxation
  • applicable in the areas of Pilates, Wellness, Fitness and MindBody

use of the ball

Redondo balls are versatile for Pilates, fitness or pelvic floor training. With a little air, you can use the ball as a support cushion for the neck or back. When clamped between the thighs, the exercise ball can also be used to strengthen and fix the muscles. The elastic top layer of the ball also makes it ideal for catching or gripping exercises. The soft material of the ball means that exercises can be carried out indoors without any problem.

Notice

The ball is delivered in a box together with an exercise poster and a straw for inflating it. If you lose this, you can inflate the ball with any other straw or even directly with your mouth. For some exercises it is better if the ball is rather soft, e.g. if you lie or kneel on it. It is closed with a small plug that does not fly out of the ball even with the greatest pressure. If you want to take it with you, it becomes very small without air, making it an ideal companion when travelling. The spectrum ranges from very simple exercises (e.g. clamp it between your legs and press it shut) to very challenging exercises. You can, for example, support yourself with one knee on the ball and stretch the other leg backwards to keep your balance.
You can train all areas of your stomach, legs, bottom, back, neck and throat muscles, but it is also good for body awareness and relaxation exercises. A brilliant training device for little money.
