ATX® Add-On Flex Plate - Flexible, rubberized fine weights for steady progression! Available in pairs in weight sizes 0.25 kg, 0.5 kg, and 1.0 kg. The ATX® Add-On Flex Plates are small, additive weight plates for finely gradual weight increases of existing standard weights. Thanks to the unique flex design, which is open on one side and has a flexible rubber connection on the opposite side, the Add-On Plates can be quickly and easily attached to the handle of a kettlebell or barbell. The color-coded rubber coating protects the handles and equipment from damage. This allows the fixed weight of the barbell or kettlebell to be increased in fine increments. This small-step progression allows for a constant, gradual weight increase. The Add-On Flex Plates are available in the sizes 0.25 kg, 0.5 kg and 1.0 kg and fit all barbells / handles with a diameter of 25 - 34 mm.

Additional weights
With small additional weights, you can maximize your training level . By increasing the weight in small increments, your muscles become more easily accustomed to the load, allowing for gradual development. However, the small additional weights can also be used in lower weight ranges to increase your training load in smaller but safe increments. You can use the Flex Plates with either a classic dumbbell or a kettlebell .
