The ATX® Cambered Swiss Bar enables highly effective training of the chest, back, triceps, and shoulder muscles. The cutout in the barbell's chest area allows for exercises to be performed through the greatest possible range of motion. The resulting training effect provides you with completely new and highly effective training stimuli for exercises such as parallel-grip bench presses or bent-over rows.
