The transport wheels of the ATX® Option Storage Rack allow convenient movement of the loaded rack. However, no explicit manufacturer approval is provided for sensitive floor coverings such as vinyl.
Whether scratches or pressure marks occur depends in particular on the condition of the vinyl flooring, any dirt particles under the wheels, and the total weight of the loaded rack. Small sand or dirt particles can cause scratches when moving; with soft vinyl, long-term pressure marks also cannot be completely ruled out.
We therefore recommend moving the rack only on a clean floor and, for sensitive vinyl flooring, additionally using a suitable floor protection mat or transparent protective underlay. We cannot provide a complete guarantee against scratches, discoloration, or pressure marks.
