ATX® Wrist Roller Forearm Trainer
The ATX® Wrist Roller forearm trainer is a first-class training tool for developing forearm muscles and grip strength.
The ATX® Wrist Roller consists of a two-part steel handle with a tear-resistant nylon band attached to the center, which is loaded with weights at the end. By twisting/winding the band onto the spool, the forearm muscles and grip strength are specifically targeted.
The ATX® Wrist Roller can be used hands-free or, in conjunction with the optionally available ATX® Universal Mount, attached to all ATX® Rigs and Racks, allowing for even more targeted training. Weights (e.g. , kettlebells or weight plates ) are simply hooked into the weight loop using a suitable carabiner.
