Training with Lifting Straps
Everyone knows the feeling at the end of a back workout - the hands get weaker and the forearms give out. However, the muscle that is actually being trained, namely the back, still has reserves of strength. The limiting factor is therefore not the target muscle but the lack of grip strength. This is now a thing of the past with our genuine leather lifting straps. Lifting straps have the advantage that you can - despite already exhausted forearms and hands - give a hundred percent until your target muscle is truly exhausted.
With lifting straps, you can not only last longer, but also lift, pull, or move much heavier weights. An ideal aid for maximum muscle growth. Often, lifting straps can also help to overcome training plateaus and set a new stimulus. Many users also report the positive effect that their execution has improved significantly, allowing them to target the desired muscle more effectively. In addition to classic pulling exercises such as rows and lat pulldowns, lifting straps are primarily used for exercises where the forearms are particularly stressed. Examples include the farmer's walk and deadlifts.
