The ATX® Hip Thruster is a compact, highly efficient device for training the glutes, leg, and back muscles. The resistance can be adjusted using either bands or weights, depending on your preference and desired intensity. The ergonomically shaped padding and angled footplate ensure a comfortable and secure training position. Roller band pegs allow for smooth and precise stretching of the resistance bands. Integrated transport wheels enable quick and easy positioning and repositioning of the device.

Hip Thrust Training
The hip thrust lives up to its name, literally meaning "pushing with the hips." This exercise effectively trains the glutes and hamstrings without placing excessive strain on the knees or the quadriceps. Furthermore, the hip thrust is easy to perform. To execute it, the shoulder blades are placed on an elevated surface, which increases the range of motion, while the feet remain on the ground. The hips are then thrust upwards against a weight, working the gluteal muscles through their full range of motion.
The hip thrust machine not only helps you train your glutes but also increases your strength in other basic exercises such as squats. Increased strength in squats, in turn, results in a greater training stimulus and thus more muscle growth. Training on a hip thrust machine is therefore essential. As an alternative to the hip thrust machine , we also offer an extension for your power rack.
The exercise is usually performed using a barbell and weight plates .
