The thick-walled steel construction made of 70 x 70 x 3 mm profiled steel tubing with extra reinforced gusset plates and 20 mm thick bolts guarantees the heaviest loads and maximum durability. Everything is designed to be absolutely torsion-resistant and rigid. The spacious cage offers plenty of freedom of movement, and the dimensions according to international standards ensure safe and professional handling.
The entire frame is provided with system perforations on all sides in a fine 50 mm grid, allowing for the individual attachment of hooks, spotters, accessories, or other system components. The laser-engraved numbering on both sides allows for quick identification and reproduction of the desired adjustment heights.
The J-Hooks are made of 10 mm thick solid steel. The heavy-duty safety spotters have double locking bolts and are therefore extremely resilient. The hooks and safety spotters are provided with thick protective covers on the inside and outside, which protect the equipment and the barbell from abrasion and damage while significantly minimizing noise. The pull-up bar is knurled for a good grip and allows all relevant grip positions. The logo plate with the printed ATX logo has an extra deep span and is made entirely of steel, which guarantees maximum force absorption and frame rigidity.

We strongly recommend performing pull-ups exclusively on the pull-up bar provided for this purpose on the ATX® Power Rack PRX-780.
A barbell bar that is merely resting in the J-Hooks is not designed for this type of load and can shift or twist depending on grip position and movement dynamics. For safe and stable execution, pull-ups should therefore not be performed on a barbell bar lying in the J-Hooks.
