Training on the Sissy Squat - optimal for leg training / quadriceps training

The Sissy Squat trains the quadriceps, i.e. the front thigh muscle, as well and as isolated as hardly any other exercise. Even with the popular squats, many strength athletes complain about a lack of feeling in the leg extensor. Many strength athletes feel more stimulation in the back of the leg, the hamstrings, during squats.

Since no hip flexion takes place during the Sissy Squat, it is wonderfully suitable for building massive thighs. Leg training is important to strengthen and tone the muscles in the leg area and to improve overall fitness. Overall fitness is largely dependent on the legs, as they represent the largest muscle group in the human body. It can also help increase mobility and prevent injuries.

The Sissy Squat exercise is, for example, ideal as an isolation exercise after a heavy basic exercise. This way the muscle is already pre-fatigued and the leg extensor can be trained in isolation. Leg extensors and hamstrings can also be stimulated for muscle growth with our leg machines. If you particularly want to train your quadriceps, you can also use front squats and modify them slightly.

With the help of the Sissy Squat Master Compact, you can perform exactly the same training, but require less space due to the smaller design.
