This high-quality ATX® Soft Plyo-Box / Jump Box reduces the risk of injury during training to a minimum, thus ensuring safe and varied training for athletes of all performance levels.
The inner body is a sturdy wooden box encased in foam padding. The outer shell is made of durable synthetic fiber with printed height markings and the ATX® brand logo.
By changing the position of the jumping box, three usable heights of 40, 50 and 60 cm are possible for jump training.
Also available in the dimensions 50 x 60 x 70 cm .

Want to maximize your jumping power and avoid potential injuries? Then a plyo box is the perfect fitness product for you! You can improve not only your jumping power , but also your coordination , fitness , reaction time , and flexibility . A plyo box is often used for plyometric training , but ground contact should be kept as short as possible to achieve the desired effect. At motion sports, you'll find a wide variety of plyo boxes to suit every individual need.
The ATX® Soft Plyo Box is designed exclusively for use in dry indoor spaces. Use in outdoor environments is not recommended, as moisture, direct sunlight, and temperature fluctuations can damage the material and padding.
For maintenance, the surface should be cleaned regularly with a soft, slightly damp cloth. For heavier soiling, a mild cleaning agent can be used. Aggressive or abrasive cleaning products should be avoided. The Plyo Box should then dry completely before being used again.
