The BLACKROLL® TWIN combines the features of the STANDARD foam roller and the DUOBALL 12. Its groove in the middle leaves the spine free when rolling on the back. The broad contact surfaces massage the muscle strands to the left and right of it more extensively and less pinpointed than the DUOBALL.
The TWIN can also be used on the calves, arms, and legs. In doing so, the twisted central web additionally stimulates the skin and tissue. The roller has a medium hardness, a high-quality carbon-look surface, and is made of durable, recyclable material.
For a massage with vibration, the TWIN can be combined with the separately available BLACKROLL® BOOSTER.
