The Fango holding cabinet – with forced air circulation via a quiet hot air blower, ensuring even heat distribution across all pack levels. Continuously adjustable precision thermostat. Built-in overheating protection. Service-friendly control unit with on/off switch on the front panel.
Housing construction made of easy-care, pattern-rolled stainless steel, double-walled door and walls with particularly strong insulation (low operating costs). Interior entirely made of stainless steel!
