The fascia roller - fascia ball Dupla combines two fascia balls in one and thus enables a massage of parallel muscle strands. The Dupla is an excellent training device for self-massage of trigger points. Due to its shape, it has a double point effect and is especially suitable for trigger point massage of parallel muscle strands. It allows an efficient massage along the spine and neck, but is also good for the head, temples, arms, legs and much more. The intensity can be determined by the pressure you apply. The roller is available in two sizes and four colors.
