NOHrD Eau-Me - Balance board made of veneered multiplex. With a diameter of 64 cm and available in 10 different versions to improve balance.
The sturdy plastic casing is filled with approximately 6.5 liters of water. The result: with every movement, the direction changes, no typical pattern is discernible, and the body must react immediately to these seemingly random stimuli. The Eau-Me Board trains your balance, with the deep muscles being particularly activated by the balancing movements.
The unique Eau-Me Board is a balance board that significantly enhances your training program. Filled with water, the board constantly and dynamically reacts to your movements, adding more challenge to your balance and core stability training.
