The original Nüobell® 36 kg compact dumbbells are adjustable and combine weights from 5 to 80 lb (approx. 2.3 - 36 kg) in an extremely quick-change system. The ^NÜOBELL® dumbbell system impresses with its exceptionally fast and safe handling and extremely compact dimensions. When the dumbbell is put down, the patented click mechanism releases the weight adjustment, which is accomplished with a slight twist of the knurled bar. When picked up, the mechanism locks the bar, preventing accidental rotation. The currently set weight is easy to read, and a +/- indicator shows which way to turn the handle to change the weight.
