Arm training with the triceps lock

Arm training is high on the strength training priority list for many people. The arm muscles consist of the biceps and the triceps. The triceps make up approximately two-thirds of the total circumference of the upper arm, while the biceps only makes up one-third. To achieve a balanced and thick upper arm, you should incorporate the size of both muscles into your training. Therefore, triceps training should always include more exercises than biceps training. Using the V-grip triceps grip, you can perform a variety of triceps and biceps exercises.

You can also use it for various back exercises like pullovers. Due to the size and complexity of our backs, it's important to train them with different exercises and different grip variations. For example, pulling exercises from above primarily target the latissimus dorsi, while pulling exercises from the front target the trapezius muscle. The strain varies depending on the grip width, whether you grip from above or below, or whether you train unilaterally or bilaterally.
