Arm Training with the Triceps Rope

Arm training is very high on the priority list for many people doing strength training. The arm muscles consist of both the biceps and the triceps. Of the total circumference of the upper arm, the triceps accounts for approximately two-thirds, while the biceps accounts for only one-third. To achieve a balanced and thick upper arm, one should incorporate the size of both muscles into their training. Thus, triceps training should always involve more exercises than biceps training. With the help of the triceps handle V-grip, you can perform a variety of triceps exercises as well as biceps exercises.

In addition, you can also use it for various back exercises such as pullovers. Due to the size and complexity of our back, it is important to train it with various exercises and different grip variations. For example, pulling exercises from above primarily train the latissimus, while pulling exercises from the front primarily target the trapezius muscle. The strain varies depending on different grip widths, whether you grip from above or below, or train unilaterally/bilaterally.
