ATX® T-Bar Single Row Handle - One-Handed Rowing Grip

The compact ATX® One-Handed Rowing Grip T-Bar Row for attaching to a 50 mm barbell. Optimal in combination with the ATX® Barbell Hinge Rotations Trainer. Can be used on both sides, and placed in front of or behind the weight plates. With this one-handed rowing grip made of solid metal, you not only stimulate your muscles effectively from new angles but also benefit from more variety in your back workout!

One-handed exercises train almost all muscle groups of the upper back and are therefore invaluable for the impressive development of your back muscles. With this rowing grip, you can specifically train both sides. The knurled bar – grip strength Ø 28 – also ensures a secure grip until your last repetition. Strengthen your back muscles and automatically ensure better posture.
