The compact ATX® parallel rowing handle for attaching to a 50 mm barbell. Ideal in combination with the ATX® Barbell Hinge Rotations Trainer . Best suited for heavy T-bar rowing . Rowing is ideal for an efficient full-body workout. Rowing exercises train all major muscle groups: leg muscles, gluteal muscles, abdominal muscles, back muscles, arm muscles and shoulder muscles. Always maintain an upright posture during rowing exercises. You can simply focus on a point on the wall to fix your posture. Always start slowly with rowing exercises to warm up your muscles. This will help prevent injury.
