Foam Grips

.Due to the size and complexity of our back, it is important to train it with various exercises and different grip variations. For example, pulling exercises from above primarily train the latissimus, while pulling exercises from the front tend to target the trapezius muscle.

Foam Grips differ significantly from conventional grips because they are ergonomically adapted to the human body. As mentioned above, different grips serve to train different muscle groups. A common problem with back training is that grip strength gives out before the back muscle that is actually being trained. This means that the back muscles are not stimulated maximally, and the efficiency of the training decreases. Thanks to the ergonomic shape of the Foam Grips, this is now a thing of the past. The optimal fit for the hands ensures that the forearms are relieved and you can better target your back muscles, thus achieving better training results. In addition, the ATX Foam Grips are curved so that you pull your elbows at the correct angle to your body, achieving maximum contraction. Annoying slipping is a thing of the past thanks to the neoprene coating.
