This versatile ATX® Lat Pulldown and Rowing Machine - 115 kg Weight Stack combines classic lat pulldown exercises from above with seated rowing in a particularly well-thought-out design. The seat is foldable and can be converted in seconds into a long, stable rowing bench . This instantly transforms the lat pulldown station into a full-fledged seated rowing station with an optimal body position and a large range of motion.
The leg support can be individually adjusted to three different pulling directions and ensures a secure hold, stable body fixation, and clean force transmission in every exercise variation. This allows the latissimus dorsi, upper back, and entire pulling musculature to be trained with an extremely wide variety of exercises and targeted focus. The silky smooth running action guarantees a smooth, jerk-free movement, while the massive, stable construction offers maximum stability even with high training weights.
