This versatile ATX® Lat Pulldown and Seated Row Machine - 115 kg Stacked Weights combines classic overhead lat pulldown exercises and seated rows in a particularly well-designed construction. The seat is foldable and can be converted into a long, stable rowing bench in seconds. This transforms the lat pulldown station into a full-fledged seated rowing station with optimal body positioning and a large range of motion in no time.
The leg support is individually adjustable to three different pulling directions and ensures secure hold, stable body fixation, and clean power transfer in every exercise variation. This allows for extremely varied and targeted training of the latissimus, upper back, and entire pulling musculature. The silky-smooth running function guarantees a consistent, jolt-free movement, while the massive, stable construction offers maximum stability even with heavy training weights.
With a total height of 222 cm, the device enables a particularly large stretch length and thus a full, effective range of motion – ideal for intensive and biomechanically correct back training.
