The new ATX® Monolift Compact Series 600-700-800 dumbbell racks are the ideal addition to your power rack or half rack . Lightweight and compact, yet extremely robust, these dumbbell racks with a retractable mechanism make your workouts significantly safer and more comfortable . Especially for fundamental exercises like squats, bench/incline presses, and overhead presses, the advantages of the ^ATX® Monolifts are so compelling that you won't want to be without them.

How it works

The ATX ^® Monolifts are simply clipped onto the power rack or half rack at the appropriate height and secured with the rotary knob. When a barbell is placed on the catch hooks, they swing forward a few centimeters from the rack and bring the barbell into the starting position. You then assume the training position. As soon as the barbell is lifted, the two lever arms swing back and release the barbell for training. It is no longer necessary to bring the barbell forward, as is usual for bench presses, for example, or to take a step back for squats. Instead, you can start the exercise straight away. There is enough space to train comfortably. The sophisticated geometry of the catch hooks allows the barbell to be put down comfortably and safely.

Suitable for

• All racks with post thicknesses of 60 - 80 mm and mounting holes for Ø 20 mm bolts with a grid spacing of 50 mm
• Important: Not suitable for use with the ATX ^® Multipress - Smith Machine
