The new ATX® Monolift dumbbell rack Compact Series 600-700-800 are the ideal addition to the power rack or half rack . Light and compact, yet extremely robust, these dumbbell racks with retraction mechanism make your training much safer and more comfortable . Especially with the For fundamental exercises such as squats, bench / incline bench presses and neck presses, the advantages of the ATX ^® Monolifts are so convincing that you no longer want to do without them.

functionality

The ATX ^® Monolifts are simply clipped onto the power rack or half rack at the appropriate height and secured with the rotary knob. If a dumbbell is placed in the catch hooks, they swing forwards a few centimeters away from the rack and bring the dumbbell into the starting position. Now you get into the training position. As soon as the dumbbell is lifted, the two lever arms swing back and release the dumbbell for training. It is no longer necessary to bring the dumbbell forwards, as is usual for bench presses, or to take a step back for squats. Instead, you can start the exercise immediately. There is enough space to train comfortably. The sophisticated geometry of the catch hooks allows the dumbbell to be put down comfortably and safely.

• Important: Not usable on the ATX ^® Multipress - Smith Machine
