Exercises with the weight bench

Even with just a weight bench and a few dumbbells, you can perform a wide range of exercises and train effectively. We can recommend some of our personal favorite exercises:

  • Dumbbell rowing (with this exercise you can train your back evenly on both sides)
  • Pull-over with dumbbells (training the lateral shoulder muscles, the pectoralis major, the triceps head and the latissimus dorsi)
  • Bench press with dumbbells (training the chest muscles)

However, there are many more exercises and training options available with a weight bench. You can train virtually any muscle with a few accessories and a bit of creativity.
