Exercises with the weight bench

Even with just a weight bench and a few dumbbells, you can perform a wide variety of exercises and train effectively. We can recommend some of our personal favorite exercises:

  • Dumbbell rows (this exercise allows you to train your back on both sides evenly)
  • Dumbbell pull-over (training of the lateral shoulder muscles, pectoralis major, triceps head and latissimus dorsi)
  • Bench press with dumbbells (chest muscle training)

However, there are many other exercises and training options available with a weight bench. You can train virtually all muscles if you have a few accessories and are creative.
