The compact ATX® parallel rowing handle attaches to a 50 mm barbell. Ideal for use with the ATX® Barbell Hinge Rotation Trainer . Perfect for heavy T-bar rowing . Rowing is ideal for an effective full-body workout. Rowing exercises train all major muscle groups: leg muscles, glutes, abdominal muscles, back muscles, arm muscles, and shoulder muscles. Always maintain an upright posture during rowing exercises. You can simply focus on a point on the wall to help you maintain your posture. Always start slowly with rowing exercises to warm up your muscles. This will help prevent injury.
