The CHD complete cast iron set, 2.5 kg increments, with rubber end cap and kg markings, includes assembly! Our CHD compact dumbbells are professional studio dumbbells that meet the highest standards. The proven, compact design ensures optimal and safe handling. The dumbbells are assembled from individual plates on a solid steel handle. A rubberized steel stop plate, which is screwed to the front of the steel handle with a 14 mm thick steel screw, secures the plates. The steel screw is secured with a threadlocker to prevent loosening. The dumbbell thus manufactured is firmly fixed and cannot be removed.
