Minimalist in appearance, versatile in use: The NOHRD StepTower combines elegant design with a well-conceived training concept. Behind the vertical wooden panels lies a complete workout system – designed for seamless transitions between bodyweight cardio, strength training, and resistance exercises.

Dumbbells & Resistance Bands

The NOHRD StepTower combines effective strength and functional training: Four pairs of dumbbells from 2.5 to 10 kg are readily available on internal shelves – precisely crafted and stylishly integrated into the tower. Four resistance bands with different strengths hang neatly inside and can be attached to the lower eyelets via carabiners – ideal for targeted mobility and strength exercises. The set is complemented by two solid wood handles and a jump rope for dynamic cardio sessions. The second internal compartment offers space for two yoga blocks, a cork fascia roller, and a natural cork training mat (180 × 60 × 0.4 cm) – perfect for a floor workout.

Training Step & Bench

The two detachable side panels are made of veneered plywood with a solid wood frame. One side serves as a stable training step for dynamic step exercises, while the other features comfortable padding and can be used as a training bench. The durable faux leather cover is easy to clean and long-lasting.

Premium Dumbbells

The set includes eight dumbbells in weights from 2.5 to 10 kg – ideal for targeted strength training. Precisely CNC-milled from nickel-plated steel and equipped with grippy textured handles, they offer optimal control during training. Elegant solid wood end caps give the dumbbells their characteristic NOHRD aesthetic.
