The Polyurethane 4-Grip Weight Plates are based on the latest technology in weight plate manufacturing. Polyurethane (PUR or PU) is a special plastic from the urethane group. The high-quality polyurethane compound of our plates has an optimal hardness with elastic properties; thus, the PU coating has extremely high tear resistance and is extremely insensitive and resistant to impacts, abrasion, scratches or chipping.
The excellent 4-Grip design with a high-end finish ensures perfect handling at all times. The weight plates are equipped with a flared precision stainless steel ring, allowing for smooth and easy loading and unloading of the weight bar. These weight plates are very durable even under the most extreme, continuous use. The matte surface is colorfast and therefore resistant to fading. A striking red line integrated into the black/red color scheme adds a special accent. Another feature of these high-quality plates is their very low weight deviation. The PU material used does not emit vapors/odors and is therefore absolutely odorless.
