The 14-position adjustable backrest and 4-position adjustable seat allow for precise adjustment of desired positions. Furthermore, the backrest can be adjusted to a negative angle of -10° , enabling additional specialized exercise variations. Mounting points on the front and back allow for the attachment of various accessories, significantly expanding the range of possible exercises.

The backrest of the ATX® Multi Bench Ultimate is adjustable in 14 positions. The individual grid points are:
−10°, 0°, 20°, 30°, 35°, 40°, 45°, 50°, 55°, 60°, 65°, 70°, 75° and 83°.
This allows the bench to be used both in a negative position and as a flat bench, incline bench, and nearly upright shoulder press bench. The seat is additionally adjustable in 4 positions at 0°, 10°, 20° and 30°.
