product description

AIREX® Balance Pad 48 x 40 cm

The AIREX® balance pad is a perfect therapy and training device made from the renowned soft AIREX® foam. With its smooth surface, the balance pad is perfect for getting started with barefoot balance training. This balance pad, with its 6 cm thickness, has the desired destabilizing properties. The flexible foam constantly challenges the body to maintain balance and thus stabilize the joints. Exercises on this balance pad result in greater use of deep-lying muscles than exercises without a balance pad. Training on the balance pad can specifically improve both conditioning and coordination skills, such as strength, endurance, and balance.
