The squat rack is perfect for strength training at home
A squat rack/half rack is a special power station whose frame consists of two vertically aligned, load-bearing square tubes and a pull-up bar. The squat stand/free stand consists exclusively of two square tubes. Without the pull-up connection, the fitness equipment becomes even more compact and flexible to use. The compact design of these models enables strength training in the smallest training area - ideal for at home. Training on a squat rack takes place in front of the fitness equipment, while with a power rack you usually train inside the cage. Training with a squat rack therefore allows more freedom of movement and flexibility when performing the exercise. What are the significant differences between squat racks and squat stands? What is a squat rack/half rack?
Squat racks and half racks are an excellent alternative to a large and usually very space-consuming power rack. Squat racks are often just as functional as their big brothers. A major advantage, however, is their compact and space-saving design.
If required, our squat racks can be expanded to become a full power rack. Extensions such as rack extensions or, for example, our popular jammer arms and the hip thrust attachment , make strength training on our squat racks a real experience. Our squat racks are characterized by their good workmanship, which can be seen, for example, in the clean welds. The solid steel ensures maximum safety and stability, even with higher training weights. Thanks to the many holes in the squat rack, the dumbbell racks can be individually adjusted for each strength athlete and for the respective exercise. So no matter what strength exercise you want to do with our squat racks, you are safe here and nothing stands in the way of effective strength training. Our range includes squat racks that are specially built a little lower to fit in rooms with lower ceilings. Half Rack for wall mounting for compact training areas
Our high-quality range impresses not only with its outstanding quality but also with its functionality. A normal power rack won't fit in many smaller home gyms . But this is not a must for us, because we offer half racks that can be mounted on the wall to save space. Some of our models have studio certification and therefore meet the highest requirements. squat stands / free stands
In home gyms, there is often no possibility of setting up a permanent training area. This is where the ATX® Free Stands / Squat Stands are ideal. They are extremely compact and flexible to use, so they can be easily stowed away after training. The posts of the Free Stands can be quickly dismantled and optionally converted into a full-fledged half rack with connecting struts. This flexibility is perfect for temporary training areas.
Half Rack Expansion
Our half racks can be expanded into a complete home gym. The half racks can be expanded with a lat pull-down attachment - cable pull. This allows you to perform exercises for your back muscles such as lat pull-downs or rowing. You can also train your arm muscles with exercises such as bicep curls or tricep presses. The lat pull-down attachment can be controlled from above and below. Simply get the right handles in top quality from us and start with your individual training plan!
