This includes the maximum training options in the smallest space, which the ATX LPL-700 Plate Load lat pulldown station offers with cable pulls from above and below! With a load limit of up to 180 kg, the stable and robust lat pulldown station made of 70 x 3 mm thick profiled steel tubing also allows you to perform heavy, intensive, and uncompromising strength training. The stretch-free cable guide and roller bearings ensure perfect contraction throughout the entire range of motion for truly optimal training results!

• To provide you with maximum muscle feel and optimal muscle loading, the cable guide and bearings have been further optimized. The result is extremely silky-smooth running characteristics, allowing you to provide your muscles with maximum training stimulus!
• Even tall athletes can now benefit from the full range of motion (ROM) of lat pulldowns! Thanks to the now even more generous extension with a full 155 cm distance between the seat and the bar, you can achieve maximum muscle stretch for optimal training results!

This is precisely why the ATX LPL-700 Plate Load lat pulldown station features an even more comfortable footrest! The extra-wide, anatomically shaped support prevents foot pain during heavy rowing exercises while seated, thus contributing significantly to your most effective training sets!
• The 60 cm wide base plate is made of anti-slip teardrop sheet metal and offers a large, safe standing surface for all pulling exercises from below.
