With the ATX® AB Option - Abdominal Trainer, you can transform your weight bench into the perfect ab trainer (ab bench). Optimally train your abdominal muscles, do crunches or extreme sit-ups. The ATX® AB Option is an abdominal trainer and compatible with our ATX® multi-benches, such as the Ultimate , RAS , and others. The MBX-520 and the Warrior Bench Wide . This option can be quickly integrated into the multi-benches. With the AB option/abdominal trainer, you can specifically and isolatedly train your abdominal muscles. Thanks to the bench's padded surface, lying on the floor is no longer necessary, which proves to be very comfortable. The bench height allows for a comfortable exercise position. The padded rollers are covered in black synthetic leather. Improve your core stability by strengthening your torso and simultaneously stabilizing your back.
