One Machine, Two Different Seat Heights

Our standard RowErg has a seat height of 36cm (14 in), while our elevated version has taller legs that provide a seat height of 51cm (20 in). The elevated version is a great choice if you appreciate the comfort and appearance of a taller machine. The elevated seat height can also make getting on and off easier.

Flywheel and Damper

Our RowErgs use air resistance to respond to your effort on every stroke, giving you full control over your effort and resistance at all times. Using the damper setting, you can easily adjust the airflow to the flywheel, allowing you to change the feel of the stroke to your preference. The flywheel design minimizes noise while creating an authentic rowing feel.

Storage and Transport

The RowErg can be easily moved on its caster wheels for training and quickly separates into two parts for compact storage (no tools required): Ideal for homes or gyms that need flexible space.
