This effective accessory is quick and easy to attach to all ATX ® Rigs as well as the following power racks from the ATX ® series: The ATX® Belt Squat Option - perfect for your leg training!

The ATX ® Belt Squat Option, like its big brother, the ATX ® Belt Squat Machine , enables effective squat training with significantly reduced strain on the back and knees compared to conventional squat training and machines.
It can be quickly and easily mounted to the respective post (no additional tools required!) and is therefore ready for use in no time. Furthermore, the Belt Squat Option folds up to save space.
Training with a belt squat option or machine allows you to keep your upper body completely upright during training, and position your legs in an optimal position. Furthermore, the weight is transferred directly from the hips to the leg muscles via the training belt (delivered/priced without training belt), completely relieving strain on your entire back and spine.
The ATX® Belt Squat Option can be quickly and easily mounted to the respective uprights (no additional tools required!) and is therefore ready for use in no time. Furthermore, the Belt Squat Option folds up to save space.
