Training with the dip bar

With exercises on the dip bar, you can primarily train your triceps muscles. However, you can also use them to train the lower part of your chest muscles. When performing the exercise, you should use a stable, shoulder-width grip and position your upper arms parallel to the floor. When performing the exercise, we recommend focusing on a few, controlled, and cleanly executed repetitions. The exercise on the dip bar is easy to perform and should definitely be used if available. Training with this equipment is suitable for both beginners and professionals.
