The ATX® Neck Trainer enables targeted training of the neck and trapezius muscles. Compatible with all ATX® power racks, half racks, and rigs from the 500, 600, 700, and 800 series! There are few devices that allow targeted training of the neck and cervical muscles; with the ATX® Neck Trainer, this is possible safely and effectively. The neck trainer fits all ATX® power racks, half racks, and rigs and is quick and easy to install.
The universal screw mount allows the neck trainer to be mounted at the exact desired height. Two integrated plastic discs ensure secure fixation and protect the paint/coating of the rack posts. Individual body positioning allows for frontal, lateral, and posterior contraction exercises. The device is loaded with weight plates (standard Ø 30 mm - optional Ø 50 mm ).

Yes, the ATX® Neck Trainer Rackable is compatible with the ATX® RIG Upright Tube and can be mounted directly to it. Additionally, it is also compatible with the ATX® Multi Up Right.
For targeted strengthening of the neck and cervical muscles, we recommend the ATX® Neck and Cervical Trainer – Rackable. This was specifically developed for isolated training of the neck, cervical, and upper trapezius muscles. Thanks to the padded pressure roller and individually adjustable mounting height, various exercises for the front, rear, and lateral neck muscles can be performed in a controlled manner. The training resistance can be adjusted by placing weight plates on the device.

Attachment is via a sturdy 20 mm mounting bolt with a turn knob. Integrated plastic stops ensure secure fixation and simultaneously protect the frame coating. The Neck and Cervical Trainer is standard equipped for weight plates with 30 mm bore. With a suitable adapter, weight plates with 50 mm bore can also be used.
Our recommendation: The ATX® Neck and Cervical Trainer is a worthwhile addition for anyone who wants to specifically strengthen their neck muscles. Due to the sensitivity of the cervical spine, we recommend starting with low training resistance and controlled movement execution.
