The ATX ^® Leg Master Rack Add-On – the ultimate leg training station as an accessory for your ATX ^® rig or rack. (Fits all rigs/racks in the 600, 700, and 800 series) Perfect for squats and calf training. The ATX ^® Leg Master is a compact leg training device that allows for highly effective and varied leg muscle training. Of particular note is the extremely back-friendly exercise execution. The Leg Master mount is simply clipped onto the post of your power rack or rig at the appropriate height and screwed in place with the included screw knob.

When performing squats, the load on the thighs can be shifted to specific muscle areas depending on your leg position, allowing you to target all muscle groups, from the glutes to the quadriceps, extensively and specifically. The extremely precise execution of the exercise and the upright alignment of the back allow you to train with significantly less weight than with conventional squat exercises. At the same time, constant muscle tension can be maintained throughout the exercise, and the handlebar allows you to perform intensive repetitions without the need for a training partner. The handlebar also helps prevent emergency situations and allows you to return to the starting position if muscle failure begins to occur.

With an optional calf block, calf raises can be performed while standing, and an additional squat block allows for further variations of squats.
