With the ATX® Multibench MBX-610, you're purchasing a weight bench that, thanks to its stability and the materials used, poses no safety concerns during your workout. You can concentrate fully on your training. The ATX MBX-610 is a massive and heavy-duty multibench. The backrest and seat are easily and quickly adjustable using locking/locking pins. It features 4-way seat adjustment, 9-way backrest adjustment, and a load capacity of up to 500 kg. Exercises with the weight bench

Even with just a weight bench and a few dumbbells, you can perform a wide range of exercises and train effectively. We can recommend some of our personal favorite exercises:

  • Dumbbell rowing (with this exercise you can train your back evenly on both sides)
  • Pull-over with dumbbells (training the lateral shoulder muscles, the pectoralis major, the triceps head and the latissimus dorsi)
  • Bench press with dumbbells (training the abdominal and chest muscles --> healthy back)

However, there are many more exercises and training options available with a weight bench. You can train virtually any muscle with a few accessories and a bit of creativity.

Perfekte Funktionalität, bei nicht verbesserungsfähiger Qualität zu sehr günstigem Preis

Bank ist hochwertig verarbeitet und für höchste Belastung konstruiert. Ist nun meine 4. Bank und ich bin begeistert.
Kein Knacken, Knarren, Rutschen oder Ähnliches. Bank steht, wie ein Fels in der Brandung und ist absolut gerade austariert. Absolut stabil.

Einziges kleines Manko: Die Rückenlehne verläuft leider etwas schräg, weil die Aufnahme für den Schraubanschluss etwas schief angeschweißt ist. Ansonsten sehr gute, stabile Verarbeitung.
