The ATX® Pec Fly option is suitable for the ^ATX® Ultimate , RAS , and MBX-520 multi-benches. This option is designed for targeted and isolated training of the chest muscles. This option offers chest training in the smallest space and is ideal for any home gym. Dual-bearing pivot axes, rotating handles, and perfect biomechanics with a maximum range of motion ensure a professional training feel and optimal muscle contraction – guaranteeing maximum training results! The Pec Fly, also known as the chest fly or butterfly exercise, is a great exercise for strengthening the chest muscles. Here are some exercises using the Pec Fly:
