With the ATX® AB Option - Abdominal Trainer, you can upgrade your weight bench to a perfect abdominal trainer (abdominal bench). Train your abdominal muscles optimally, do crunches or extreme sit-ups. The ATX® Ab Option is an abdominal trainer and is compatible with our ATX® multi-benches, such as the Ultimate , RAS , the MBX-520 and the Warrior Bench Wide . This option can be quickly integrated into the multi-bench system. With the AB option/abdominal trainer, you can specifically and isolate your abdominal muscles. The bench's padded surface eliminates the need to lie on the floor, which is very comfortable. The bench's height allows for a comfortable exercise height. The padded rollers are covered in black synthetic leather. Increase your body stability by strengthening your core and simultaneously stabilizing your back.
