The ATX® Cross Runner - Curved Treadmill not only offers a real running experience, but also enables strengthening and balancing pushing and sideways movements thanks to the multifunctional handlebar and the 8-level resistance setting. The non-motorized treadmill with a concave slatted running surface is powered solely by the runner's manual running movement. The running speed is therefore determined by the runner's own pace. The speed that can be achieved is practically unlimited. Acceleration and changes in pace can be carried out completely naturally, just like when running freely. In addition, the load resistance can be increased quickly and easily using the 8-level magnetic braking system. Walking training, intensive sprint training, pushing-load training or lateral balance training (shuffle) are among the wide range of users of this high-quality training device. Functional Description LCD Monitor

(1) RESET/GO
When set, you can use this button to reset the time, distance and calories.

(2) BODY FAT
In the non-moving state, this button is used to enter or exit the weight parameter setting.

(3) MODE
Use this button to switch the display or select the settings window.

(4) UP/ RECOVER
In the set state: This button allows you to increase the time, distance, calories and temperature of the corresponding window.

(5) DOWN
When set, this button decreases the time, distance, calories and temperature of the corresponding window.

(6) TIME/ BMI
A: The time display.
B: The movement time can be set in advance. When approaching
the set time, the device triggers a 10-second alarm, with the maximum time setting being 99 minutes.

(7) DISTANCE
A: Distance movement display with a range of 0.00 - 9.99 - 99.9 km.
B: The movement distance can be set in advance. When approaching the set distance, a prompt will appear on the display for 10 seconds. The maximum settable distance is 99.9 kilometers.

(8) CALORIES / TEMPERATURE
A: Shows the movement of calories in the range of 0.00 - 9.99 - 99.9 kcal.
B: The calorie consumption value can be set in advance. When the set value is approached, an alarm will be displayed on the display for 10 seconds.
C: Displays the room temperature.

(9) SPEED
Display of the current speed in the range of 0.0 - 99.9 km/h.
