product description
ATX ® Dip Station Professional - Freestanding
ATX® Dip Station Professional is a robust and heavy-duty (up to 300 kg) dip station. The feet of the station have fastening options for bolts for rubber resistance training. With this extension option, you can gradually expand your dip training and increase the level of difficulty. You can also use the resistance bands to do your warm-up and warm up your muscles and rotators so that you can start your training well warmed up. The rubber shoes on the dip station ensure a safe and non-slip stand. The different grip widths mean you can always find the perfect position. The dip station is free-standing and therefore very flexible in terms of positioning - the station is studio-certified and has therefore been subjected to various tests.

Training with the Dip Station
Training with your own body weight. Dips are one of the basic exercises for every bodybuilder. But this exercise is not only popular among professionals. This exercise primarily works the triceps, the large pectoral muscle and the front part of the deltoid muscle. Dips are very popular because it takes a lot of strength to lift your own body weight. The training is not only suitable for enthusiasts, but also for advanced users who want to maximize their training. Alternatively, dip belts can also be used to raise the level even further.
