The original Dynair® Ballkissen® Senso® 30 cm - Senso - made in Germany - is an air-filled, dynamic training device. One side features round, gentle Senso nubs, while the other has a velvety-smooth surface. The Togu Ballkissen is considered a simple and space-saving alternative to a large exercise ball and is used as a support for back and fitness training while sitting, standing, or lying down. The product is latex-free and manufactured by TOGU, the inventor of the ballkissen, at their own facility in Prien am Chiemsee, Germany.

Area of effect of the ball cushion
The Dynair Ball Cushion promotes a healthy and strong back as well as a stable core. Training with the cushion provides simple yet effective relief and strengthening for the back. The intervertebral discs are gently kept in motion, and the muscles along the spine are exercised. Regular training can improve your posture. Additionally, this so-called sensorimotor training (the interplay between the nervous and muscular systems) offers the following benefits: improved nervous system function, concentration and coordination, joint stability, and overall movement patterns.
Application
The air filling, the shape, and the specially high-quality material enable dynamic sitting and training. Minimal movements are constantly and immediately transferred to the body. This subconsciously and effortlessly trains the deep back muscles and the sensorimotor system. Unlike sitting on rigid surfaces, these deep muscles, so crucial for body stability, are also engaged. Furthermore, it can be used anywhere. Whether at home, in the office, or while traveling – it allows for training without any additional time commitment.
