The dumbbells are assembled from individual discs onto a solid steel handle. A rubberized steel stop plate, which is attached to the front with a 14 mm thick steel screw,
The steel screw is screwed onto the steel handle to secure the discs. The steel screw is secured with a threadlocker to prevent loosening. The dumbbell thus manufactured is firmly fixed and cannot be removed.
