NOHrD Eau-Me - Balance board made of veneered multiplex board. With a diameter of 64 cm and available in 10 different designs to improve balance.
The sturdy plastic housing is filled with approximately 6.5 liters of water. The result: with every movement, the direction changes. No typical pattern is recognizable, and the body must react immediately to these seemingly random stimuli. With the Eau-Me Board, you train your balance, with the balancing movements particularly activating the deep muscles.
The unique Eau-Me Board is a balance board that significantly expands your training program. Filled with water, the board constantly and dynamically responds to your movements, adding a challenge to your balance and core stability training.
