Many products purchased from the motion sports online shop (www.motionsports.de) come with a warranty of up to ten years. This warranty is provided at no additional cost. Since we voluntarily provide this warranty out of conviction and absolute trust in our products, you, as a customer, will benefit sustainably from this additional added value if needed! This warranty statement is intended to inform you about our warranty. The following applies: The warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer or customer arising from the purchase contract, from liability for defects, or from the Product Liability Act.
The guarantor is 4motionsports GmbH, Am Weidegrund 1, D-82194 Gröbenzell. The guarantee is valid throughout the EU.
Warranty request
Describe your warranty claim in as much detail as possible, including your order number. Ideally, provide evidence of your claim with pictures and, if possible, videos.

Exchange
If your warranty claim is valid, we will replace the affected components or devices as quickly as possible.
ATX Fitness products purchased from our store come with a warranty of up to ten years. The warranty period is explicitly stated in the product description. If no warranty period is mentioned in the product description, the statutory warranty generally applies. We classify our products as Home, Semi-Pro, and Studio, and define the usage periods in addition to the warranties:
Home: Frame + shelf (10 years) | Mechanics, bearings, castors (5 years) - exclusively for private use in private households
Semi-Pro: Frame + Storage (10 years) | Mechanics, Bearings, Wheels (3 years) - e.g. Rehab, Hotels, Schools, Personal Training, Clubs, Corporate Fitness
Studio: Frame + shelf (10 years) | Mechanics, bearings, castors (2 years) - e.g. gym
The warranty period begins upon receipt of the goods. Warranty services provided do not extend the warranty period.
Scope of the guarantee
Our guarantee covers the free repair of defects that occur during the guarantee period and are covered by the guarantee, in particular material defects or manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover defects due to improper use, overloading, lack of maintenance, or installation or assembly errors. Warranty claims are excluded for damage caused by:
- abusive or improper treatment
- Environmental influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
- Failure to observe the safety precautions applicable to the device
- Failure to follow the operating instructions
- Use of violence (e.g. hitting, pushing, falling)
- Interventions not carried out by the service address authorized by us
- unauthorized repair attempts
Also not covered by the warranty are signs of wear, such as abrasion of paints, varnishes, and coatings on contact surfaces, as well as wear on surfaces caused by contact with the product (upholstery and ropes). Computer items and electronic parts are also not covered by the warranty, unless otherwise stated in the respective item description.
The warranty covers the free repair of defects that occur during the warranty period and are covered by the warranty. At our discretion
A replacement part will be delivered, a product will be repaired, or the product will be replaced. Assembly or disassembly of a defective part or the product is not covered by the warranty. In the event of a warranty claim, we will send the replacement part, the replaced product, or the repaired product to you at our expense. At our discretion and in consultation with you, we also offer on-site repair. Replaced parts and products that remain with us become our property.
Guarantee holder
The warranty holder is the original purchaser.
The guarantee is not transferable, but only applies to the customer who purchased the product as a customer of the motion sports online shop.
Our voluntary manufacturer's warranty goes significantly beyond the statutory warranty. During the warranty period, we provide services directly to you, the end customer, free of charge. Likewise, unlike the statutory warranty, during the entire warranty period, the end customer is not required to provide proof that a defect already existed upon delivery of the product. The information below applies exclusively to products of the Horizon Fitness and Vision Fitness brands.

- 30-year warranty* on the frame

- 2-year warranty² for commercial use
*Valid for exclusively private use only. No warranty for commercial use. Wear parts, maintenance, and installation excluded.
¹ Repair costs mean that we can repair, replace, or exchange damaged individual parts at our discretion. Spare parts that are attached during assembly must be replaced by the warranty holder themselves and are not part of the repair. After two years, a partial warranty only applies to the frame. This does not include repair, installation, or shipping costs. The warranty is for home use only. This warranty is a device warranty (hardware). The warranty conditions valid at the time of purchase apply.
² The warranty for commercial use applies to the frame, the motor (for treadmills), electronics + parts + generator and repair costs.
