The innovative concept combines the advantages of guided machine training with bilateral and alternating exercise execution. The single-arm suspension allows for alternating or two-arm exercise variations through a coupling bolt. Furthermore, the device enables classic free weight training with a barbell or EZ bar / integrated bicep curl pad.
Thanks to its excellent biomechanics with an optimally tuned strength curve, bilateral, and alternating exercise options, the ATX® Biceps Blaster enables effective, joint-friendly, and particularly intense bicep training.
