The compact ATX® one-handed T-Bar Row handle attaches to a 50 mm barbell. Ideal in combination with the ATX® Barbell Hinge Rotation Trainer. Can be used on either side and placed in front of or behind the weight plates. With this one-handed rowing handle in solid metal, you not only effectively stimulate your muscles from new angles, but also benefit from more variety in your back workout! One-handed exercises train almost all muscle groups of the upper back and are therefore invaluable for the impressive development of your back muscles. With this rowing handle, you can specifically train both sides. The knurled bar – grip strength Ø 28 – also ensures a secure grip right up to your last repetition. Strengthen your back muscles and automatically ensure better posture.
